Welcome to Manhattan Beach

This house is our primary home. It is a 3-story single family home. Bedroom 1: Queen bed, detached bathroom. Bedroom 2: King bed with en suite bath with large soaking bath tub and walk in shower. Bedroom 3: Lofted twin bed and a sofa bed (queen). Living Room: The 3rd floor is a living room/gourmet kitchen and features ocean views and a balcony with outdoor seating/table and a grill. The living room couch is a Lovesac couch that can convert into a queen sized bed. There is also an additional air mattress available if requested. There is a fee of $50/night for each guest over 6. Let us know if you have questions! We are also conveniently located within a short distance to LAX, venues like SoFi Stadium (FIFA World Cup 2026), Intuit Dome, etc.

RESPECT We are a family who lives here all year round. Please treat this home as you would treat your own. If you have questions/concerns/specific requests let us know and we're happy to accommodate. BEACH STUFF/KIDS TOYS We have a lot of beach stuff (e.g. beach chairs, umbrellas, etc.) and kids toys. If you want access to some stuff, let us know and we can leave it for you. Please return it where you got it and clean it off. Any lost/damaged items you will be charged the replacement cost of a new item. Use is at your own risk, we are not liable for any injuries that may occur as a result of the use of our things. PARKING Our house has a 2-car garage that can fit 2 compact cars. If you have a full size pick up truck or larger car, it will likely not fit in the garage at all. If you have an SUV, it will fit, but you will struggle to get 2 cars to fit in the garage, you'll probably just be able to fit one. There is free street parking in the area, but a lot of different street rules for street sweeping, etc, so be careful to not get tickets. You can also park in the metered El Porto lot with an entrance off 45th street at the bottom of the hill, but the lot closes at 8 PM. We can provide an overnight parking permit if you want to leave you car there. You cannot use the permit to park for free during the day or on weekends in the summer. However, if you lose the parking permit, we will charge you a $75 replacement fee. GARBAGE Garbage collection day is on Thursdays. If you happen to be staying at the house on a Wednesday night, if you can put out the bins in front of the house, it is greatly appreciated. PETS Up to 1 dog may be considered on a case by case basis. Additional $250 fee. ADDITIONAL GUESTS We will accept up to 8 guests overnight, but for each guest over 6 we charge an additional $50/person/night. PARTIES/NOISE No parties. No more than 12 people should be in the house at any given time. There is a noise meter on the property. We try to avoid creating noise greater than 75 decibels for more than 10 minutes. For reference, this is the equivalent of a lawn mower or loud vacuum cleaner running. If we need to contact you more than once to keep down the noise or reduce the number of people on the property in a party situation, you will be charged a $250 fee. SMOKING/VAPING/DRUGS No smoking, vaping or drugs inside or outside on the property. There are monitors in the home that can detect tobacco and cannabis smoke. If you smoke, vape or use drugs on the property, you will be charged at $250 fee. ROOF ACCESS Roof access is strictly forbidden. If you go on the roof, you will be charged a $250 fee. DAMAGE/THEFT/LOSS If you damage, break or steal things, you will be charged the cost to replace the item new. If you create stains on couches, carpet or furniture that requires steam cleaning, you will be charged the additional cost for that cleaning.
