Top floor: the great room
The whole third floor is one open space with 180° ocean views: a living room with a fireplace and Smart TV, a gourmet kitchen with two islands and an eight-burner range, a dining table for five adults plus a high chair, and a balcony with a grill and outdoor dining. The Lovesac sectional converts to a queen bed.
King suite
King bed, arched doors to a Juliet balcony, mirrored wardrobes, and an en suite bathroom with a large soaking tub, walk-in shower and double vanity.
Queen bedroom
Queen bed, Smart TV, a desk and room-darkening shades. Its bathroom with a walk-in shower is just across the hall.
Kids’ loft room
A lofted twin bed over a day bed that converts to a double, plus a desk, globe, toys and books. A third full bathroom with a tub is on this floor.

Our family’s home, shared with yours.
This is our primary home, a three-story single-family house. We rent it while we’re away. We love sharing our slice of paradise with the world. Expect an experience similar to staying at the home of a family friend, not a hotel. A little less polished, but a lot more charm. You have the whole house, with keypad entry. Storage areas labeled “guest” are yours to use; please leave locked closets and drawers labeled “Owner” alone, and stay off the roof.
Beach gear and kids’ toys live in the garage. Let us know what you’d like and we’ll leave it out for you.
