How many guests can stay?
Up to 8 overnight guests. The nightly rate includes up to 6 guests; each guest over 6 is $50/night.
What are the beds?
King suite: 1 king. Queen bedroom: 1 queen. Kids’ loft room: 1 lofted twin and a day bed that converts to a double. Top floor: a Lovesac sectional that converts to a queen. An air mattress is available on request.
How far is the beach?
Less than 100 yards to the Strand, about a block from the sand at El Porto.
Is there parking?
Yes. Free parking on the property, plus free street parking nearby. There’s also a Level 2 EV charger.
Are pets allowed?
Yes, one pet maximum.
Is it good for babies and toddlers?
Very. We have a high chair, travel crib, kid helper tower, stair gates, outlet covers, a changing table, children’s tableware, toys and books.
How does check-in work?
Self check-in with a keypad. We send the code and directions before you arrive.
What are the house rules?
No smoking or vaping, no parties or events, no commercial photography, and quiet hours from 10 PM to 8 AM. When you leave, lock all windows and doors, then lock the front door with the keypad last.
Is there air conditioning?
Yes, air conditioning and central heat, plus portable fans and an indoor fireplace.
Are there cameras?
There are exterior security cameras on the property. There are no cameras inside the house.
